WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE

The price includes the following items for the journey with the hired vehicle: mileage required to perform the contracted service, driver’s expenses, highway tolls if necessary and VAT. Parking fees are excluded for access to certain landmarks or cities e.g. (Santiago de Compostela, San Lorenzo del Escorial, etc.) which must be paid for by the group on the day of the trip.

Please keep this in mind as the price quoted is only valid exclusively for journeys resulting from the information you have provided, any change in the itinerary, times, pick-up or destination must be communicated before the beginning of the service to the company from which the coach has been hired, and said company has the right to amend the quote if there is any change in the timetables or the information given respecting the original contract.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?

When you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. Here you will find all the details of your reservation, including your reservation number. We will also send you an e-mail with all the information of your reservation. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail and information about your reservation, please contact Oferbus.Net at the e-mail: info@oferbus.net, or phone: 983 541 619 (Customer service 09.00-17.00, weekdays, Spanish time)

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

To pay for your journey, we offer two possibilities:

  • 1.Credit Card: Once the reservation has been made you will be charged 20% of the trip on your credit card as a booking fee. The balance will be charged 3 days prior to departure on the same credit card.
  • 2.Bank Transfer: You can make payment by bank transfer to the account of the company selected at the time of booking the journey selected. This first payment will be 20% of the total invoice.

 

  If after 48 hours of making the reservation the transfer has not been made, we understand that you have cancelled said reservation and we proceed to the cancellation of the reservation. The balance of your reservation must be paid at least 3 days before the service begins.

WHAT IS THE COST OF CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE ONCE HIRED

The cancellation policy will be governed by the following table:

  • 1.- Cancellation before 5 working days prior to departure: No charge
  • 2.- Cancellation between 5 and 2 working days before the start of the trip: Cost 20% of the journey.
  • 3.- Cancellation in less than 2 working days, and more than 24 hours, before the start of the service: Cost of 50% of the amount of the trip.
  • 4.- Cancellation 24 hours before the start of the trip: Cost of 100% of the amount of the trip.

    * The days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are considered working (except national holidays).
    * Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
    * You must notify us in writing of the cancellation to the email: reservas@oferbus.net

DO I HAVE TO I CONTACT THE COMPANY WHICH I HAVE HIRED?

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an email with your booking details, in which you will be asked to confirm the exact location of the group's departure. For this confirmation you will be given the phone number and address of the carrier.

• The coach company which you have hired will contact you to check the final details of the service you have booked, if the day before the service, the company has not contacted you to confirm the details of the service you have hired, we suggest you call the company you have contracted or our customer service phone number 983 541 619, to verify that there has not been any setbacks with the contracted service.

This information should be available to the carrier at least 24 working hours before the start of the service.

DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT THE RESERVATION DOCUMENT TO THE DRIVER?

The reservation document or your reservation number is proof that you have contracted the transportation service. This must be presented to the driver at the start of the service.

IS THE COACH COMPANY WHICH CARRIES OUT THE TRANSPORT SERVICE ALWAYS THE COMPANY WHICH WAS ORGINALLY HIRED?

The coach can be from a different company than originally hired, but with the same characteristics and features, age and the benefits offered by the original contractor.

CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES IN THE SERVICE ONCE HIRED?

Variations on the journey once hired must be negotiated with the contractor, if there is a substantial variation which the contractor will determine the price of the service may vary. If the service has begun and you want to make changes to the initial service contracted you should agree these changes with the contracted firm, who could refuse such modifications.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT CARRYING OUT OF THE SERVICE CONTRACTED?

The company responsible for the carrying out of the service is the company contracted. Oferbus is only a platform for transport reservation.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT CARRYING OUT OF THE SERVICE CONTRACTED?

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an email in which you will be asked the exact place of departure for your group and you may send us more information about same if you deem necessary.

This information should be in the possession of the carrier at least 24 working hours before the start of the service.
